हमने हमारे पहले वीडियोस में जाना है की PCOS में तीन चीज़े कॉमन रहती है
– वजन बढ़ना
-इसमें irregular periods होते है। इसे वैद्यकीय भाषा में chronic anovulation कहा जाता है। जिसके कारण irregular periods आते है।
– Hormonal imbalance
काफी PCOS से ग्रसित महिलाये प्रेगनेंसी केलिए कोशिश कर रही होती है। जैसे की हमने हमारे पहले भी वीडियो में कहा है की PCOS treatment काफी effective जब आप weightloss करते हो। इसके कारन आपके periods ठीक सी आने लगेंगे और आपका ovulation होना शुरू हो जायेगा।
पर काफी ऐसे patients होने है जिनको weightloss करने के बावजूद प्रेगनेंसी नहीं ठहरती और ovulation ठीक से नहीं होता , इन सारे पेशेंट्स में दवाइयों का इस्तमाल करके ovulation induction करवाते है। काफी बार ये दोनों चीज़े जब ठीक से काम नहीं करती तो इन लोगोको metformin नाम की दवाई देते है जिसे ovulation में काफी फायदा होता है।
Severe PCOS पेशेंट में ICSI या IVF का सहारा लेना पड़ता है। सिर्फ 20% पेशेंट्स को IVF या ICSI का सहारा लेना पड़ता है।

Sir I have pcos since 15 yrs,I have advised to take the 21 days controceptive pills…I have stopped those medicines 2.5 yrs ago,& started taking the medicines like progesterone in a interval period as per Doctors suggestion,I am 30+ & started trying to conceive for last 1 year,but couldn't conceive.
Now,Dr told me that I have severe pcos with obesity,Dr has told me to reduce the wait ,& 1 cycle Dr has tried with Letrox 2.5 mg,but couldn't happens anything.
Now,Dr told me to go for IUI..
But I want to try naturally for some cycle..
