This is Lalela โฅ๏ธ Miss S.A PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN was supposed to be 1st runner her answer was better than Miss Paraguay but too short and she did not put too much energy as other consisted But Paraguay was 1st I don't understand maybe her answer was strong delivered much better in terms quality and energy.
