No this is actually DEEP! Because you moved States first of all and you were excited to start fresh and being a 1st time homeowner. I remember watching your videos when you first got the house knowing it was going to be a process but you were actually excited and I was too for you. I certainly hope you’re suing the guy who lied and scammed you so you get every cent back from him. That’s all part of the process of adulting as well, not throwing your money away and saying “it’s a learning experience”. Being scammed will teach you to not let it happen again but they need to make you whole again as well as suffer the consequences of lying.
