This last show i did i gained 26 pounds in 3 days . Had to take a dieuretic and cut my carbs back and lost 8 of those pounds right away lol i knew better also . I just couldn’t stop once i got that first taste of crap
Happiest new year Ron! My first and only Olympia was in NYC 1984 Lee’s first win. Interest his last was your first. I’m still using dream tan if you do it right it’s good stuff. What ever happened to dyoderm? That’s what we used in the early 80’s. My first show in 1979, we used sudden tan by copper tone and everyone looked orange.
