I was breaking out really bad from wearing my mask all the time too, and I felt like acne products barely helped… I got on a DHA blocking supplement, it blocks the negative part of testosterone that leads to the production of too much oil in our skin/pores. It balances hormonal issues! I started taking it, and NO LIE, within a week my acne stopped forming. No overproduction of oil means no clogged pores under the mask! It’s INSANE 😍

Please make it a POINT to consume raw, local to your home honey on a regular basis. The health benefits are exceptional and there is no way to effectively supplement via vitamins and minerals what honey will do for your body.You mentioned and issue with acne right now. Honey is a natural antibiotic. Acne, cystic especially comes to us via bacterial infections. Honey is fantastic for homeostasis. It seems you prefer a vegan diet, but please reconsider regular usage of local, raw honey. Keeping everything balanced for a vegan lifestyle is possible, but can be VERY tricky. Last bit of unsolicited advice (I just can't help it, sorry😉) be certain your naturopath has you consuming regularly (daily) Vitamin D and Calcium. I am a mom of 21 and 19 year old girls so I am very sensitive to the health needs of women. The D is essential (along with zinc) to keep a good immune system (especially with virus business- also will help with frequency of acne) and adequate calcium is usually obtained from milk. As a vegan, I'm sure you prefer not to consume cows milk. When you are 50+ you will be so grateful for the calcium regiment! You seem like such a lovely young lady.
