  1. Hi lovely people!! 🥰 This was filmed before I sorted my audio/mic settings so there’s still a bit of interference but the pink theme was so cute that I couldn’t not upload it!! ☺️💗💗💗

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend ☺️

  2. u should do a full video of u just inserting hairclips and/or rollers. i LOVE the sound of it going thru the hair. i thought i had tingle immunity but i got so many tingles ! 💗

  3. I love your videos soooo much! Such a cozy, gentle, feminine space 🥰 if you have perfumes id loooooove a perfume sales role play ❤

  4. I watched the first few minutes of this video when you first uploaded it but immediately fell asleep 😅 but I just now went back and watched the whole thing and that mic is **heavenly**!! The up close whisper where you're kind of half talking to us/half talking to yourself was so comforting 🥰 and I am so amazed at how tingly the Barbie hair tools were??? Something about the plastic sounds was so nice I don't know why, but I loved it 😍 you are such a treasure, Isla!!

  5. This is my favorite role play EVER. The shoes on the floor, the bracelets, plastic sounds of the curling iron and the coming in close and backing away is ASMR perfection. I've watched this a handful of times already.

  6. Hey Isla, I have depressive episodes and they are hitting me really hard recently, your videos are making me feel taken care of and extremelly relaxed🫶🏼 thank you

  7. If I remember correctly, you mentioned living in England in one of your earlier videos, right? It's interesting to me to hear your occasional shift to a more English accent on a few words. It's super subtle, and otherwise you sound like an American to me. I think it's cool, you have a very pretty voice! Also, great ASMR as usual 👌👌

  8. [[LONG COMMENT, SORRY!!]]
This is the first video of yours that I've ever watched and I just wanted to say that this kinda healed a bit of my inner wounds. When I was a child, I was put into a school pageant as a last resort, because the girls we usually sent didn't want to go, and even my teachers and male partner didn't think I'd be a good fit. It was at a stage of my life when I was taught that since I was 'the smart kid', I wouldn't fare well in a 'beauty' pageant (stupid take honestly, but I didn't want to win, just to try it out). The preliminaries and talent portions were super fun, but when it came to finals night I was bawling in the makeup booth because I felt so uncomfortable.

My hair and makeup artist gave me extensions even though I told them I didn't want to have super long hair because I loved my slightly shorter hair, and asked if they could make my eyes pop with the makeup because that was the only feature of my face I was proud of. But when I saw myself in the mirror, I was heavily contoured into an unrecognizable face, and my eyes were so glammed up in a way that made them look like they sunk into my face. Looking back at the photos, I looked like I was in my 20s when I was still a child. Now that I'm older, I understand more about hair volume and having to apply thicker makeup so the audience and camera could see my face, but they never explained it to me, only that they knew best.

And then I come across this video, which deals with a lot of the same beats but in a way that made me feel so safe and comfy. Asking if things are okay before committing to the look, explaining why doing certain things might be good instead of just going 'trust me I know what I'm doing'. If I could turn back time, I'd wish younger me had YOU for hair and makeup 😭😭. Then I probably would've had a lot more fun! But anyways, this was such a lovely listen for me, and I might've cried a little bit. Deffo checking out your other stuff, I love your work already! 💗🌷

  9. Your comforting southern accent reminds me of my sweet teachers who taught me English when I first moved to the United States. Thank you for another video. 🤍
