The organization of Miss World Philippines recently appointed Roberta Angela Tamondong as the new Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2020 which has earned her the opportunity to represent the Philippines at Miss Teen Eco International 2020 in Egypt which is scheduled to be held in the month of December. The diva succeeds Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2019 Mary Daena Zaide for the title.
Roberta is 18-years-old and stands 175 cm tall and is a student at San Beda University in Manila. She has always aspired to be a beauty queen and represent the Philippines on an international stage and feels excited with the opportunity given to her to represent her home country on the international stage.
Roberta is not new to pageantry as she was adjudged as the first runner-up at Miss Bikini Philippines 2019 and prior to that she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Quezon City 2019. She believes that she has the abilities and skills to represent the Philippines on the international stage. She strongly believes in the motto “Be confident in showing off who you are.” She has mentioned that if she was not competing at a beauty pageant sheโd probably be modeling because thatโs one of her dreams and she aspires to be a Victoriaโs Secret Model.
The diva has a charming personality and bewitching smile that can help her impress the judges and audience at the competition if she decides to participate. After winning the first runner-up title, Roberta took to her social media account to express her journey as an unforgettable one. She added that, โEven though I was sick that day and I had rashes all over my body later on diagnosed as measles I always told myself that I can do all things with a brave heart and that God will lead me to where he wants me to be.โ This showcases how much she loves to be on-stage and make the people of the Philippines proud. She thanked everyone for their immense support and motivation throughout the journey.
Roberta Angela is a potential candidate for representing the Philippines at the international stage because she is experienced, steady, self-assured, and positive about herself and her performance. She feels confident on-stage and making the Philippines proud is one of her dream goals and she just loves to model. She makes sure she works hard to maintain her body for any future pageants and on-stage walk and confidence needed for the beauty pageants. The diva can emerge as one of the strongest contenders for the title. She thanked the organization for handpicking her for the title of Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2020 and has assured that she will perform her best at the competition.
