Miss Lavinia, this is just my personal take about Rabiya's winning Miss Universe Philippines 2020. To be honest, I don't have anything against the lady but what I can't understand is how she won over Aliaza Malinao. What happened along the way? Alaiza may not be as articulate as Catriona pero ganun din naman si Rabiya. Di rin naman impressive ang communication skills nya. Everytime she speaks, I feel like she's a contestant to a declamation or oratorical speech competition. She's a plain Jane, walang X factor. Personal opinion ko lang naman ito. She'd be better off as a runner-up. Sayang si Alaiza Malinao, siguro pinagkaisahan ng mga baklang organizer. Hehe.
