Karen, Ms Iloilo was told to gain weight since BPCI finds her to be too thin, thats what she is refferring on her answer. Even local pageant bloggers also noted that her arms are too thin and looks fragile and that she will look better is she gains weight.

Honestly, I was kinda disappointed with the answers in the Q&A round. Those questions were thought provoking and really great for pageants because it speaks and reflects what social issues we are facing today but kinda got lack luster answers from most of the girls. still Congrats to all the queens!

I think it will be interesting for you analyze her performance in contrast to the other Spanish contestants, especially considering she was trained Philippines where pageantry is much more competitive than in Spain.

Catriona’s partner in hosting is Nicole Cordovez, she is Miss Grand International 2016 First Runner Up. While the Side host in the virtual interaction is Samantha Bernardo she is also First Runner Up of the 2020 Miss Grand International. I think they also deserve a good recognition they did amazing as always.
