Code Lyoko was also on television here in Australia in the morning on free to air TV. It was one of the shows in this thing called Toasted TV or Cheez TV. They also showed some batman show, yugioh, pokemon and I think something else… I know they had bakugan at one point. If anyone else knows what toasted TV showed please comment them?
Jeremy did enter the virtual world in one of the episodes, the world though was not 3D it was in the 2D art style. It was in episode 24

25:12 Actually they didn't die; I forget what episodes and when specifically in them but it's mentioned a few times throughout the original series that anyone that dies ceases to exist, regardless of a Return to the Past. Hence why its such a big deal to deactivate a tower and stop whatever XANA's scheme is that week before any irreparable damage is done.
