  1. My wife is super excited to start working with you. Not sure if she mentioned her training today but she's on a slightly varied form of Heavy Duty / Nautilus Principles. She trains with machines/weights 3x a week for an average of 20 minutes per session. Time Under Tension each session is about 15 minutes. Then some dance and yoga a couple times per week. 54 years old in June, 5 kids I think she's doing a hell of a job but your Guidance is going to help get her to anothr level I'm sure.

  3. 305, why don’t you Post pictures of These girls that Theorie Body is ruined by wrong coaches .you can blur their faces so their identities are protected .for a none bodybuilder or bikini person is hard to imagine.I also through 1400 cal is good to loose fat .thx ☺️

  4. I definitely agree with the food aspect too , especially when females are on anabolics , yes diet down but dropping calories so low makes no sense. Unless they are literally fat but then they shouldnt being doing a show so close anyways

  7. HI EVERYONE… THIS VIDEO WAS MADE FROM A CLIENT CALL I HAD A COUPLE DAYS AGO…. HER "COACH, A PHYSIQUE PRO", IS KILLING HER GAINS-HAS HER CATABOLIC AND WASTING HER MUSCLES AS SHE APPROACHES PEAK WEEK…. OVER DOING HER CARDIO AND ON A BIKINI DIET…. WHY?!!!!! 🤯
