  1. I also work at Home Depot as a retirement job. Well it started out as a part time job and before I knew it I was the only person in electrical and now have been full time for four years now . Wearing a ponytail is the only option for me at work as I’m moving a great deal of product and not get a face full of hair every time I turn around. Lol
I keep track of the number of miles I walk each day and ten miles a day is very common. I wear out shoes every four to six months. Protect your feet! I’ve been fighting a Achilles’ tendon issue for over a year and it I very painful.
I’m planning on only working another few years or less as we have payed off the student debts we agreed to take on for our two children. This will also free us to live free at last. I need to take care of my spouse of forty nine years as we age.
Your a good person I wish you nothing but the best.

  2. It's wonderful to hear that you have such supportive co-workers, and I expect your compromise wardrobe (which I would label "Kimberley-Lite) will minimize your dysphoria. Still praying for your success.
    Love in Christ,
    Lulu

  3. I have said a lot to you in my email, and the last few videos with this subject. I have given you and your family my 🙏 a lot to help get you through this time in your life. I for one, went at this subject from day one at my new job, and the whole store from management on down, has been absolutely wonderful. Step by step, day by day, sounds like you have a plan. Blessings to you my sister, Lynne

  4. Good to see things are starting to work out for you.
Still worried your biggest hurdle will be your family, not your customers (even if they're people you know outside of work) and they're not going to be happy unless you go "full Peter" 24/7.

Myself, I've had both a good and bad day. Good in that I FINALLY have my referral to a transgender care clinic. Bad in that they have a 3 YEAR waiting list for new patients, which is I've now found out about average for all 3 such clinics in this country (with the other 2 being much further away from home).
So even the 6 months I'd considered a distinct possibility turned out to have been overly optimistic (my doctor assumed they meant 3 months when reading their website, but no it's 3 years).
Still going ahead slowly transitioning socially, working on my appearance and stuff, but the HRT and legal paperwork now look to be at least 4-5 years in the future for me, with surgery (if any) 3-4 years after that if not longer.
And that's if the laws here don't change, healthcare budgets don't get slashed further, making the waiting lists even longer.

Our dear friend. Yes I can’t imagine the gymnastics you are going to have to do, but I think that peeling a bandaid off slowly was always less painful than quick and painful. Congratulations on this new endeavor, know that we are still praying daily for you and your family, and your ministry. I hope they see that they have a hand, and I wish success for you. This has inspired a lesson for me that I can’t wait to share on the 24th.

    God Bless Y’all
    Mark & Sherri
