I'm from Cebu City and we did have a strong contender in Elise but Miss PASAY CITY's beauty is just UNDENIABLE.
Siera Bearchell looks glowing in her vlogs. Like many Filipinos, she is so passionate about everything Ms. Universe having represented Canada in Ms. U in 2016 when the pageant was staged in Manila. A lot of foreigners love to react to the local MS U pageant, as if to gauge how our Filipina representative will fare against their own country's candidate when the time comes. But, we all love Ms. U. Whether a Pinay wins or not, the Ms. U organization looks highly at how the Philippines produces queens and winners in preparation for the big event itself.

Miss Universe 2016 International was held in the Philippines (The year after Pia won 2015) and Siera represented Canada in Miss Universe 2016 and landed on top 10. She's grateful for her stay in the PH during the Miss Universe pageant competition and for the love and support the PH gave her and the candidates.
