  1. Now I understand, they don't need swimsuit portion because they don't go anywhere to represent the country, it's just a local competition.
It wouldn't make sense if the women didn't wanted to walk the runway on swimsuit but then they have to do it in a foreign country with several dozens of women of other countries.

  2. These ladies worked hard to show off their bodies and they deserved to show it off. And the swimsuit has been around since the very first time of this contest 1921. Sick and tired of these feminists who think they know what is best for everyone. These former Miss Americas they themselves showed off their bodies with the bathing suit competition and now that is over for them they are taking it away from those who are now entering this contest.

  3. I competed in the Miss America organization at the state level and it was an amazing experience! So disappointed they got rid of the swimsuit competition. We work hard for our bodies to look good and be healthy.

  4. @Mallory Hagan my daughter started at age 14 as well. She was told that, " Had her FORMAL WEAR dress been any color except the one she chose she could of won higher than 1st runner up that pageant."
She said in return, "I wore BLACK VELVET so I WASN'T like ALL the other girls. I am ECSTATIC with my title I EARNED." 😁 I was a very PROUD mama after that.
I also could NOT have made it through that weekend w/o my Valium and support from other parents. This was here first and ONLY pageant, and an experience neither of us will EVER FORGET! CONGRATULATIONS on winning your crown. Truly. ☺️

  5. This is a perfect example of women being women. They subject themselves to genuinely messed up practices for money, fame, or other, then complains because men watch it.
    Don't sexualize yourself, maybe?
Don't CHOOSE to do this work?
Get a real job where you can be respected?

You can't be sexualized if there's no one watching

  6. Sad cuz now you have men entering these women competitions and winning the competition and after seeing what the women had to go through to try to win and now all you have to do is to be a man and pretend to be a woman to win 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

  7. Where is cops better yet live pd no one cares they got mad money for something we others do for free I’d say if man and woman want to be equal do a man’s job and tell me how you feel after. There would be a uprising

  8. Eat healthy & exercise. Many women who compete in swimsuit pageants, are proud of their bodies. They take care of themselves. Some of these women who are complaining today have mental problems & blaming the judges & networks because they were forced to look beautiful. If you don't want to compete or wear bikinis, the Miss America competition isn't for you.

  9. Never Ever give into this insanity. Empower yourselves! It doesn't matter what anyone thinks or says. What matters is that You take good care of your health and that you feed your body a lot of nutritious whole food and eat as much as your body wants. Go whole food veggie.
