I'm as shocked as you are when the Philippines didn't advanced to the finals. However, do I think the pageant is rigged? Of course not, and there's no evidence but accusations and rumors.
The Philippines didn't advance means it's rigged? What a stupid mindset you guys have. Just because Celeste didn't advance despite being a fan favorite and a strong woman, doesn't mean it's a "cooking show". These people no matter where they from will always want to make rumors like these just to make not just the winner and the organization bad, but for the entire pageant community as well.
Remember, it's all up to the judges' decisions, and they understood that there are a lot of strong delegates and had a very tough job to do, even in the prelims and finals. If I were them, I'd feel the same thing as well.

Philippines doesn't make the cut, "RIGGED"!!!! Y'all so predictable, and cringe… it's a pageant that nobody's watching anymore (it went from the big 3 networks when Trump owned it to a 2nd tier cable channel), dude go volunteer somewhere, so many issues in the world than a pageant 🙄
What looks like rigging here is probably just a case of judges pre-selecting their winner at preliminary stage and refusing to budge from there, even if another contestant has a slight edge on finals night. When someone brings that level of marketability and X-factor that R'Bonney has, both sponsors and judges get on board very early and it's hard to stop the juggernaut from there. Something similar likely happened at Miss USA.
Even in Jamaica, very few people watch pageantry. It is a small community.

In my opinion, It's rigged! Have no problem with rbonny winning the crown. My problem is with Celeste not getting the top 16 spot. Had the MUO announced their criteria or theme months before the pageant; then, MUPh could have chosen or picked the right girl to compete. But JKN announced his criteria 2 days before the prelims. And also, the best in cape was announced late, natcos winner will be release this Feb, the score will be announced (probably march). What for? Too late! Even in the US, Ms Universe controversy is being talked about on radio and TV. If JKN wanted to be transparent, scores should be announced right after the show. To clear out the matter.

TECHNICALITY WISE, there will never be rigging at Miss USA even if they favored a candidate because it is stated in the contract that the organization has the right to choose even if there were a selection committee. By adding this, it gives the organization a safe ground. Nevertheless, R’Bonney is deserving. Ganun talaga minsan hindi maiaalis na may favorites kahit naman sa atin from baranggay to nantional levels minsan may ganyan.
Those who cannot accept defeat are no sportsmanship and no quality as a pageant fans they should never watch pageants if they dont know how to respect judges decisions
