Yeah I don’t know why they suddenly had Fernando & Joana make such weird and bizarre decisions that go against everything we have seen of them thus far. Fernando should have easily recognized his own test being used against him, and has usually been pretty smart and able to figure lots out. So why all of a sudden is he super impulsive not even stopping to think or consider anything ???
Whereas Joana is literally going to fucking die ASAP if she doesn’t go to offshore. She was willing to do basically anything to get there but suddenly at the end abandons it because she finds out people suck there too? Like yeah of course they do lmao

I'm from Brazil (the place where this series takes place) e I can confirm: this is the process for getting a job here. But the only exception is that once you get the job you'll stay in the lumps, only with enough cash to not starve do death.
