What would you call this hair type? I’m in the market for a new flat iron and I’m trying to see why might be better for my hair type. I have pretty fine hair, there’s just a lot of it. It get knotted and tangled when the wind blows lol 🙄

Can anyone tell me how to get the very bottom to curl?? It keeps going into a pointy straight thing. I know some of that look is in style but I hate that look personally, and want the curl to be a horizontal circle (i.e. like the rest of the curl) at the bottom. Hard to explain!
I'm sitting here going "Oh well isn't SHE so perfect. Must be nice to have hair like THAT. I'm so tired of these girls with perfect hair….". And then I got a grip and reminded myself that she's a mannequin head. 😳 Time to go nighty-nights!

I prefer the natural looking brushed out curl. This is a bit too founding fathers for me and so much hairspray!

And what if our hair won't get curly after a hair wash? If my hair gets greasy it's ok, but a few days after it was freshly washed I can't get curls in it.

Why stop iif you can just continously glide down in slow pace the flat iron to achive beautiful curl . By doin so , uou avoid those unpleasantly bends in every stop you just made.

I have to have another person curl my hair. I could never get to the backside and make it curl all in uniform.
Its quicker after the first wrap to just glide it down, same curl just a quicker process. These curls are very pretty though! I like how white women don’t brush through the curls constantly, they do the curl, add volume with their hands and let the curl be! I really dislike when my people constantly comb through and get mad when you ask them to stop. My curls are gone right after I leave the shop 😩. Like sis just let the curl sit please. Lol
