I'm 6ft tall and definitely prefer flats that are pointy toe or sandles. I have a few high heels but nothing more than 3 inches and a rarity of me in them .
I got a pair of nice chunky heeled heels with a side zipper when I was just starting highschool, I would've been 13 or 14… I've only worn them for about 1 hour total since I got them because heels hurt my lower back, my muscles & the balls of my feet. 😭
I'm 23 now and I still don't wear them, because of that (although they do still fit the same as the day I bought them). But, I'd love to be able to wear them without the pain I feel that comes with wearing them. 😢
Important note: I can walk fine in them and I do walk heel to toe, but I feel I might be distributing my weight weird as I tend to push off when walking using the balls of my feet instead of my heels.
Anyone have any recommendations on how I can fix this, so I can actually wear these heels? They've been sitting in my closet for way too long, going unworn.

It's not the walking I have a problem with, it's staying comfortable in them for long periods without ending up in excruciating pain by the end of the evening….😫

I love to walk in high heels.
I have worn high heels in years. I needed up my ankle in 2018 in getting to get my catwalk back 😢. I have these bad snake print that I got from my boutique but I'm not as confident, with my walk in walking toe first lol lol. My last high heel was in 2016 5 to 6 inches with the platform like her black ones . I slid those white heels one and my entire attitude would change but now 😭.
