  1. Can definitely relate to some extent currently. Built a nice physique over the past year and got rid of acne breakouts but was left with scars and its deflating whenever I look at the mirror in the morning or after being in the bathroom looking at the mirror. Almost always a thought I have when I'm in the presence of girls or trying to get work done but can't rid the daily thoughts. Have tried to improve my diet as best as I can to minimize it but need medication treatment to make any significant improvement really, and it takes years. Has made me look into surgery and/or men's makeup to wear daily. Just wanna start getting with 8s or 9s.

  2. Your facial transformation is amazing. I also train and I have good habits but I would never develop such a jawline and hollok cheeks like you. I think is a matter of genetics too, I'm from Peru and our faces aren't as sharp as white people. Getting better looks is never enough, after 23 what matters the most in success in your career and basically getting money. All the blackpill incels think getting a pretty face is gonna give them girls everywhere when the bad boys are stealing our girls faster than a lambo. If male supermodels have girls is not for good looks, is cuz they're successful.

  3. It's hard to find a balance when it comes to improving your looks.

We judge ourselves far more harshly than anybody else ever will.

I'm 35 and to even go to the gym, have a flat stomach and be strong is pretty impressive. Even though I don't have my abs popping out, I am as lean as I have ever been and to take it further might be a mistake.

It's always the top 1% we try and compare ourselves to and it's really unfair to put that unrealistic expectations on ourselves.

Men should try and put more focus on becoming stronger, trying to be better as men in every aspect of life and not putting 99% effort into their looks alone
