  1. I’ll caveat this all by saying I really like her and I love this interview… it’s super inspiring and she seems wonderful💗

It’s great that she’s interested in working on herself, through the “shortcut” of ayahuasca, but I think so many people think this is the only way, or the best way… but you should respect it and not overdo it… try reading Carlos Castaneda – nothing to do with ayahuasca, but in the books, his teacher, Don Juan, explains that you don’t need plant medicines forever. They jolt you or move your assemblage point, but you have to learn to do that yourself. Honestly, doing ayahuasca 18 times sounds quite lost, misguided and lazy and seems almost less than spiritual. I think a lot of people buy into the perceived coolness of it or the cultural (or spiritual) capital…

  2. Was listening to the podcast while working and it was super awkward to have to hear Adams voice over Whitney talking, and especially cringe when he screams “F*CK!” out of nowhere. After seeing the video I get that he was having tech difficulties, but yikes 🥴 Dax saved the day though!
