You could do it do the gastric bypass or the sleeve I think that for the sleeve you have to lose a certain amount away so do you for the gastric bypass so they sent you to a nutrition I think you could do it if you have support and you have plenty of support from your family but you have support in a negative way because they could double your eating habit they feed you so they have to learn how to deal with you differently and forbid you certain things until you are an independent person we don't realize it what we're doing it but we are depriving ourselves of a better life to be with someone to have someone love us we deserve that nobody's so special than anybody but for your health to carry a relationship you have to do better because you have a serious problems that could cause you your heart with the CPAP machine and all the other issues you know you must take care of it you can do it I want to hear that you do it start the process I hold you accountable starting today this is what we all need to do hold you accountable I love you I got the Love Christian love
Girl honey people complain if you're skinny people could play if you're fat somebody's always got something to say you have to learn to deal with your problems on your own yes we have an eating disorder I've had I've had that and I still can go there but I try not to let myself go to that point again I'm 62 years of age and I weigh $179 lb
It's quite understandable I went from 162 lb to $279.5 lb it was very difficult for me to do anything for myself but I decided to get the bariatric surgery the one they first gave me was the gastric bypass didn't work I wound up getting the they like that it caused an infection in my body then the last one they did another gastric bypasses this time they did it properly it worked but if I should have to I will go for the gastric sleeve again this pandemic and being in this house is very difficult I've gained like 20 lb up and down up and down all the time it's understandable I find myself standing in front of the refrigerator and I tell myself what are you doing in front of the refrigerator you already ate already it's it's very difficult
