5:16 I am 5'1.5!! I'm happy with my height regardless but I'm unable to walk on stilts heels for now because I have one shoulder higher than the other and one leg shorter than the other giving me a slight waddle in my street walk but can affect my stage walk. I do have scoliosis but at least it's not the severe type byw
I love Camille Sims-Miss New York…before she was Miss NY, she competed in the 2013 yr and I did the Mr. NY Fundraiser Pageant. She was my partner /Supporter so to see her almost win Miss America was great. Plus she was Georgia's Outstanding Teen, 1st runner up at MOAT…
Miss Mo. should have won, but wasn't PC enough. They should call it the LPC (Left's Political Correctness) contest instead of the Miss America contest! The crown should have a ANTIFA symbol on the front.

I thought Savvy was the clear pretty early on.
If it was based on looks…..my choice would have been South Carolina. If it was based on talent/evening gown…my choice would have been New York. But after seeing Arkansas in online interviews, Savvy Shields was a good choice.
I really admire your positivity. You fairly reviewed the competition but did so with kind, constructive criticism, because it takes so much work to even get to that stage and ALL of those girls were talented and beautiful. There are so many cynical people nowadays and it is refreshing to see such a positive but still accurate review. I will look out for more of your videos!

For NAM nationals, do they use your emcee cards for formal wear and optionals, or do you get another set of papers for your resume, emcee, and optional cards?
A former Ms Louisiana got 2rd or 3rd runner up with 100,000$ scholarship
No contestant answered those questions.
Louisiana played the piano and didn't make the top 8 to play her talent on tv.
i'm sooooooooooooo impressed! I've learnt so much from you. I feel like showing your video to my Literature students, to allow them to understand how an analysis is done! You're analytical skills, the comparisons, the examples the application etc….one point! Good job.
Overall, I was disappointed with system of eliminating the girls before their next round. I didn't make any since to eliminate girls from swimsuit since it was only worth a 10th of their score. I think that the Miss America organization should come up with a better way to eliminate or at least make the swimsuit last along with other low scores. But then again, Can Miss America be a little more glamorous for the winner?!
Miss Louisiana did not do the pointe dance. She did not make it past swimsuit. 🙂
Louisiana stood out to me-but of course I would say that because she was representing my state.
Just curious as to why they have celebrity judges who know nothing about pageants judge the pageant instead of people who have background knowledge in pageantry?

I haven't yet had a chance to watch Miss America as it was on at like 2am in the UK and I had spent 14 hours helping backstage at a UK title pageant!! can't wait to watch! oh and I got my gowns for my international pagenat so I will send pics to twitter soon!! I feel like a filmstar in them all!!! ❤xx
