I was so pleased to see Lara and her commentary.I was born in Cwmbelan in Mid-Wales 70 years ago in December.Moved to live in Llanidloes when I was twelve.My dad worked two farms in Cwmbelan everything was organic in those days.I now live in Spain and grow my own herbs tomatoes on my terrace.I have lemon, lime and mandarin oranges in pots.My youngest son lives in Sydney and Mary his wife owned her own business in The Organic field.She now has three children so sold the business.Now is a cook at home and twice a week makes meals and sells them to the busy working people in her area.I would love to send this video to her.Please can you tell me if I am able to do this.Well done Lara.We all need to work towards saving our beautiful planet for future generations.I am thinking of becoming Mrs Stop Wasting food and buy only what you need.🌅🌈
