I knew she was special when she won in California, so to see her win Miss Teen USA wasn't really a surprise for me. She has had an amazing year and seems to have done so much, no wonder it has flown by. I know she will go on to do so much more in her life – and i'd love to see her back as Miss USA in a few years too 🙂
