Miss Universe 2022 will be the 71st Miss Universe pageant, to be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States on January 14, 2023. Harnaaz Sandhu of India will crown her successor at the end of the event.
This will be the first edition of the pageant to be held under the ownership of Thailand-based JKN Global Group, which purchased the Miss Universe Organization from WME/IMG on October 26, 2022. The competition will air on NBC as the official international broadcaster of the show for the first time since 2014, after spending six years on Fox. It is also the first Miss Universe event to be aired by JKN Global Group’s television networks, JKN18 and JKN-CNBC as the pageant’s official broadcaster for Thailand where the expanded headquarters of Miss Universe Organization is located.

Love the "petite" bone structure from face to body of South Africa. Miss USA does have this similar bone body structure as S.Africa but has strong jaw line. Miss Colombia is not my top favorite but since so many talks about her, I had to take a look. Her stage presentation is quite poor according to this video. Miss USA also lacks of stage presentation. Both of them might improve that in the last few months as many contestants did. Venezuela is also out since her broad smile and huge teeth just turn everyone off, not a pretty smile at all. Up to today, after seeing so much of Miss Philippines and Thailand, I'm fed up with their looks too, which mean their beauty is superficial. The last few ones remaining are Miss Puerto Rico and Miss Vietnam as they improved their stage presentations and their inner energy still attract viewers. I still want to see them more. I like Miss Curacao too, didn't know much about her yet but her look is very feminine, soft and sweet, in the right mold to be in the top 10 🙂
