The best contenders for the top 3 were Australia, Philippines, and Venezuela. If Venezuela didn't mess up in Q and A, she has some possibilities to win. Philippines's answer was so great while Australia was also the one who deserves the crown.
2013- SPAIN should be the winner. That time, LGBT members are not praised during trump era.
Notables:
* The strongest 1st Runner Ups are Colombia 2008, Dominican Rep 2009, Jamaica 2010, Ukraine 2011, Philippines 2012 (she should have won!!!!), Spain 2013, South Africa 2018.
* Had Spain won in 2013 instead of Venezuela, she would be the 1st lesbian Miss Universe winner. (she's in a relationship with another woman right now)
* The weakest 1st Runner Ups are USA 2014 (bland and boring), Colombia 2017 (it is Jamaica's Davina Bennett who is more deserving to be 1st Runner up), Puerto Rico 2019 (Mexico's Sofia Aragon is more deserving)
* MU 20212 Olivia Culpo has the worst runway walk. 😭😭😭😭
* Colombia 2015 Ariadna Gutierrez is the only Runner Up who is Miss Universe for a few seconds due to an erroneous mistake.
* Venezuela is the only country to achieve a back to back victory in 2008 & 2009 in Miss Universe history.

2008- Venezuela (simple but elegant and very playful Colombia's to but I think Venezuela nailed it more)
2009- Venezuela (simple and yet a little bit playful very fun gown)

2011- Ukraine (white simple and playful I love it)
2012- Philippines (kinda playful gown amazing I like USA's too cuz I think its very comfy but I like Philippines more)
2013- Spain (I don't really like both but I like Spain's gown more)
2014- Colombia (simple and elegant USA's gowns straps is distracting me a little bit I like the bottom part though)
2015- Philippines (simple from the front very detailed at the back just amazing)
2016- France (I like France's better cuz Haiti's gown the neck line part is making my neck hurt tbh)
