The Miss Nevada USA competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of Nevada in the Miss USA pageant.

While Nevada did well in the early years of the Miss USA pageant, they only placed once from 1987 to 2000. This streak was broken by Gina Giacinto’s finalist placing in Miss USA 2001. Many Miss Nevada USA titleholders previously competed in the Miss Teen USA and Miss America pageants. Six titleholders previously held the Miss Nevada Teen USA title and three held the Miss Nevada Crown in the Miss America Pageant.

Nia Sanchez of Las Vegas became the first Miss USA ever from the state of Nevada when she was crowned Miss USA 2014, who placed first runner-up in Miss Universe 2014 to Paulina Vega of Colombia.

Victoria Olona of Paradise was crowned Miss Nevada USA 2020 on January 5, 2020 at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa in Las Vegas. She represented Nevada for the title of Miss USA 2020 and placed in the Top 16. This year, Kataluna Enriquez of Las Vegas won the title on June 27, 2021. Kataluna is the first transgender woman to compete at Miss USA.

Guys, what do you think about the placement of Nevada's representative for Miss USA 2021? Will they secure another spot for the 26th time for the next Miss USA edition? For me, I'm 98% sure that they will secure their 26th placement in the next Miss USA edition. I'm also 20% sure that they will have their TOP 5 placement this year. Also, as what I observe now for Nevada's placement in the 70th Miss USA Edition, I think there will be 70% for Nevada's TOP 10 placement, 8% for Nevada's TOP 16 placement and 2% for Nevada's UNPLACEMENT. I think it is impossible for a transgender to win this year's Miss USA.

  4. Kat has everything to win Miss USA but my only concern is the Q&A and some of the judges at Miss USA especially in Oklahoma might not be as receptive to a trans woman competing. As Republican states are drafting legislation to ban trans youth from competing in sports of their desired gender.

  5. She got everything to be the next Miss USA, she's gorgeous and her catwalk is perfect, she has a beautiful purpose of kingship and knows how to communicate very well. Good luck to her🏳️‍⚧️❤
