Georgia is my favorite on this list but a few other women would also do well locally as well as internationally. I wonder if national judges with this fantastic range ever base their choice on mirroring international frontrunners or contrasting with them. With the right choice here, Miss Universe would make a lot of people electrified but irked at the same time. This is a great year. More women of substance seem to be competing because of the caliber of women that have won in the last few years.
