For those griping about Philippines not winning, please remember that there are also preliminary competitions that count towards the final score. It is NOT all based on the interview. While she gave a good answer, she gave a very "cookie cutter" answer. It came off staged. Miss Jamaica's answer was much more sincere and heart felt. South Africa should not have been in the top three, not even top 10! There was nothing special about her but it was a political placement. I thought Venezuela should have been third, Philippines 2nd and Jamaica the winner.
I wished Ms. Canada wins here. She's smart and beautiful than these 5 are just plain and not so good-looking..

All I'm seeing here are biased comments and then people have the audacity to say the show is biased when if their girl had won that wouldn't be the case. Miss Jamaica got the toughest question and she answered it smartly, hence she deserved that win. Phillipines did gave a good response and could have been the winner,,, but it was just not meant to be.
