  1. Parents can put high expectations on kids. She was super sheltered then pushed out into a world she couldnā€™t cope. For some reason she didnā€™t feel like she could talk to her mother. Maybe she was afraid of disappointment so she lied. I donā€™t believe she is or was crazy I just think the pressure of meeting expectations got to her

  2. whatever people say, detention is correct. Do not give ignoramous kind of legaloobjective punishment,oh no, no be a sport, be a poet, be good to life, may what happens in world or life. Objectifying all crimes is a joke, do not joke those in high position like court or goverment.
You will have to find all backgrounds about why kindness does not stop evil and how you can improve the person, even those who say they will not deviate. Running away from human mind? then your judgement is wrong, leave the person as no body really wants to know how police or law kills and what jail life is like . Sit at home or farm and do hardwork every week not every day is good enough punishment, about punishment their has been no measurement nor caliberation. On any crime torture is not right tough work is right, liberation in prison is the perception that needs to change.
Who will act god if you directly kill the any criminal? What hope friends relatives have contrast this with prisoners liberation to improvement homes which soothes everyone and is victory for law. Law now means what is better for all. If improvement is the idea, law is to make all happy, else it is rubbish thrown in dustbin. Rehab law, refix law to rehab everybody.

  3. Sydney belongs in prison, this girl knows exactly what she did to her beautiful mom. Sydney could kill again and this is why she belongs in prison. Put her in Prison for 30 years to life. Her mom didn't deserve to die that day by being stabbed and hit in the head with a cast iron skillet. She knew exactly what she was doing because after that she went and broke out a window. I'm not buying the Dr 's B S statements with this mental situation all of a sudden after the murder.

  4. These parents seem understanding and l believe would have forgiven her fear of them finding out. Too many family murders and too many females are lying. Still killing in itself is mental, ffs l save moths caught in my windows and lizards from my well fed cat.

  5. Makes you wonder how she wouldā€™ve attempted to cover had not the school called back and called police. How long would she have had to construct a scenario. The construction in itself wouldā€™ve implicated her even more. Sheā€™s literally trying to get off on an insanity plea by riding the wave of shock of the moment and thrill of the kill and control and lie of the moment of the crime as her defense of insanity. THATS insane. NOT her.

  6. I truly think that over the time of her having to keep the lie going, she started to believe it. She was literally lying to EVERYONE, thereā€™s no way there wasnā€™t something going on with her mentally. But at the end of the day you just donā€™t ā€œblackoutā€ and kill ppl especially your mother or family period because of something YOU caused and that you let get out of control.

  7. šŸ˜®OK IF SHES WANT TO WIN THIS CASE AS INSANITYā€
So that means sheā€™s can be a great risk for the public
if she have those aggressive moments
So she need to be put on mental hospital for the rest of her life ..
This time she kills one !
So in the future she can kill a group of people

  8. She needed a break from being perfect. Having to be that perfect since kindergarten is a lot of pressure. The minute she had some freedom, she couldnā€™t maintain the perfect child going . Not easy to grow up in this kind of system

  9. Similar to Chandlers case why are these soft hearted parents creating Monsters sad world we live in ā˜¹ļøā˜¹ļøā˜¹ļøā˜¹ļø

  10. I miss my mom every single day of my life. Sheā€™s been gone 22 years and i am looking forward to seeing her again in heaven. I work hard everyday to make her proud. I donā€™t understand this child

  11. I've never seen a set up like this where the Prosecution lawyer's podium is directly behind the defendant. This is absurd. It is completely intimidating. It is even more absurd that, as in this case, he is allowed to walk behind a defendant as he speaks about the State's case. We The People need to do something about this so that it does not occur in courtrooms. That same intimidation may easily render a defendant mentally or emotionally incapacitated or less than able to put up their own defense. It is completely unfair. I am not just speaking for this defendant. Remember, defendants are presumed innocent until proven (though it is in actuality 'found', not always proven) guilty.

  12. She clearly snapped. Not saying temporary insanity but obviously was so distraught at flunking school she froze. Her identity is tied to her performance. Many kids have this problem but they donā€™t kill a parent: what a sad case. Iā€™m sorry for the family.
