For this challenge, the one with the most pasabogs are recognized because of the effort of the team. I agree with the criteria you mentioned but for me it's always the WALK regardless of the background and other pasavogues, how they are composed with the difficulty of the runway they choose. My personal faves for this round are ALBAY, ILOILO PROV., TAGUIG, BAGUIO, CEBU PROV., PALAWAN, DAVAO DEL NORTE, PASAY, MAKATI. They have queenly aura and queenly walk.♥️. Thanks Pageant Sister.♥️

Agree with your top 15 sister ! although some reminds me of other pageant brands cz of their facial expression, movement and transitions i.e. Miss World – Bohol, MGI – Misamis Oriental, ME – Davao del Norte. The Miss U look for me are Taguig, Cebu Province, Makati, Palawan. A lot of fierce but needs a bit more facial transitions and sleek movement .
