i am not a big fan of the set because of the proportions. When i first saw it I bought the heels because they could turn into pants. But then i automatically sold it after i saw the proportions.

Im sorry but i just dont understand how people get mad about a set where the body type is super skinny. I dont want to make this all about me, but as a person that has been skinnyshamed extremely over the years, i was so happy when i found out about this set. It felt like i wasnt alone, i felt like my body type was also seen as pretty.

I mean, I really love the set because I have a body type like that and I've been insecure abt it for a while and it has trousers so I'm like, comfy wearing it but I also understand ìt looks a bit- a bit like over exaggerated in the body shape..
as someone with a lanky pear body shape, this set made me cringe looking at the small details they flawed. yes, it's nice to see the modelers trying to make different body types (hopefully plus sized in the future), and I love the modelers that worked on this set. i believe that they should have based it off of someone they know personally though. ofc not disclosing it, but that way they would know the person's insecurities and how to steer clear of those because it's based off their body type, as most things are. just my little take on this. i do hope they make a bigger body type for this Val day update, though!! go back to the se heels size, big, but in an old fashion (where big and plump bodies were considered beautiful. this lasted a long time in France and i wish the MC set was bigger because of that).

my biggest issue is how the set portrays less of a fantasy, fictional aesthetic that leaves room for imagination and diversity, and instead more of a European 1800s history lesson type thing. i don’t like how this sort of encourages the ideal that your body needs to look a certain way in order to fit a certain race/style, because that’s not true.
it’s perfectly fine to have a skinny body type, however, this just looks unrealistic and not proportionate… and could have been better portrayed. we do need body types represented in royale high, so i wonder if one day they could engineer a body editor that will apply to all your items… so that when you go to change your shoes it doesn’t have to change your whole leg structure!

Omg thank you for this.. I'm a very thin person to a point where it looks concerning. I was so happy when this set came out cuz it felt right for me. But when I saw people hating on it, I didn't like wearing it very much and traded it away. Kinda regret it. Spent too much and traded it for hardly anything..
