Miss Philippines Earth 2021 was the 21st edition of Carousel Productions’ Miss Philippines Earth pageant. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines, it was held virtually for the second year in a row. Roxanne Allison Baeyens of Baguio City crowned Naelah Alshorbaji of ParaƱaque City as her successor at the end of the virtual event.
The coronation was held on August 8, 2021, and was broadcasted by ABS-CBN at Kapamilya Channel after being absent from the previous year’s competition.
