Sorry to this but all blacks not into the new black hairstyle. Where it looks like you just got out of bed got dress and did nothing to your hard. I don't think the second statement from the HNIC of LA Pageantry said much at all. She still essentially said that the girl's hair was unfinished as other pageant contestants who had better or more shapely natural hairstyles have historically placed better, and placed the blame on the parents for not giving their child a more stylish coiffure. Like her afro was just basic, or some ish and not "afro couture" like an attendee of AfroPunk. She was basically evasive.
