First of all: the out going governor's wife has no state designation. The constitution does not provide a function for her in an occasion of this magnitude. The ex governor Obiano's wife fragrantly abused the law. The out going governor owns the Anambra state and governor C. Soludo and Mrs Ojukwu a public apology. Governor Obiano's disfunational family linings should be kept at home. What a display of what we call here in America as GHETTO behavior. This has no place in state function.
