I respect the fact that she still wore headscarf while coming to such a platform. But the whole Idea of Hijab is to keep yourself modest and not drawing attention to others. If the body shape is visible vividly in this case as she's is modelling,then it defeats the very purpose of observing Hijab. So actually anyone observing hijab can't be showing themselves off like this. It's defeats the very purpose of hijab and modesty. This should be understood by Muslim young girls and ladies as they will take wrong inspiration from her if trying to follow her in all aspects.

Honestly for being a model she needs a lot of work walking gorgeous lady though.
I think Halima is beautiful and talented and has lots of potential.
However, with all due respect, I think she entered the wrong platform. The Miss USA system has a swimsuit/bikini portion where contestants must compete wearing the said suits. With all fairness, the burkini Halima wore is very far from the revealing swimsuits/bikinis which were worn by the other contestants. I just feel that Halima should have entered another pageant like Miss America system where the swimsuit/bikini portion has been removed.
