Delfin’s comment was a bit much about Celeste not being a representative for Philippines because she didn’t grow up in the Philippines, BUT regardless she IS half Filipino so who are you to say she can’t be a good representative. I really love Julia Saubier but when you put her beside the other candidates or even the past MUP / MU winners, she doesn't stand out that much so that's risky. However, I would like to see her perform and speak.
