One of my favorite unexpected pageant tips is to always make sure you are not letting a passing opportunity go by! You truly never know what opportunity might lead you to win a pageant. In this Pageant coaching session I am sharing some stories where I let passing opportunity right on by me and what it felt like after and I’ll share a few times that I did NOT opportunity pass me by and what the outcome was there.

  1. Respectfully, it would have been disrespectful to hop on stage uninvited during another performer's act. Even though he was playing an instrument you perceive as being "lame" and the audience wasn't on their feet, that doesn't mean that the musician was not happy with himself or his performance. For all we know, that "scrawny boy" may have been pleased with his performance and went home (or to "his mom's basement"???) at peace and feeling joyful over his performance. He may have felt disrespected if you had gone on stage an stolen HIS moment to shine. A less attention stealing but equally effective way to hype up his act would have been clapping along to the beat. ❤️

  2. This…. I am appreciative for you sharing this vulnerable and honest journey. I had made me rethink and have a new mindset to life. Thank you for being obedient with sharing this story.❤
