Drama and screaming isn't "what being a team is all about." Problem solving together to become a stronger unit is what being a team is all about. Maybe that crazy kid looking for attention by starting a pagent team should try playing a team sport. Behave in the way she encourages her "team" to behave in athletics and she'd be keeping the bench warm for an entire season if she was lucky enough to not be kicked off the team the second she pulled something like that.
