Rabiya is the most arrogant Miss PH ever had..she pretends to be Intelligent as if her communication skills is indeed good…Honestly Rabiya English and pronunciation is bad moreso her reasoning…She is just a lecturer but not a license teacher and board passer in physical therapist….and a graduate in a province where so many students are not as excellent as in Manila Universities….There are so many intelligent Miss Philippines but never acted as intelligent and self conceited….Miss PH 1976 UP Summacumlaude Lizbeth De Padua , Miss PH 1999 and 1st runner up Mirriam Quiambao a UST Scholar graduate and license Physical Therapist…2007 UP Summacumlaude Ana Theresa Licaros and MU Miss Photogenic, Miss PH 2010 and MU runner up and Cumlaude and UP MA in Community Devt graduate Venus Raj, Miss PH 2011 Shamcey Supsup UP Graduate Magnacumlaude and Architecture Board Topnotcher and Miss U 2012 1st runner up Janine Tugonon UST Cumlaude and licence Pharmacist, MU 3rd Runner Up, Ariela Arida UP Magnacumlaude in Chemistry and license chemist and Miss U runner up and best in swimsuit , to name a few…but all of them never acted as if very intelligent….Rabiya who is a level up monkey looking in her pictures…acted as if she knows everything…MU is not about politics…When former Miss PH asked about politics and countrys problem all of them answered intelligently by saying no comment because it is not the right time for them to say something that they are not aware of in good governance …Rabiya thinks she is all knowing..that is why Jam Magno responded beautifully and lambasted monkey Rabiya…
