Shout out to you for filling the gap so we don't have to be in spaces that claim to be pro-Black and/or pro-Woman, but we aren't accounted for unless we're caping for people who will dispose of us when it's convenient…usually when it comes to centering men we don't actually want.

I received the “cute but stupid” indirect side comment from a particular women (a girl that looked exactly like Leslie Jones {no shade, just facts} whom I met socially through another so-called “friend”, and barely knew me.. The 2nd and LAST time she threw that shady comment towards me, I jokingly asked her “so you think only ugly people are smart?” She stood dumbfounded and never made that comment around me again. It was as if she had a weird defense mechanism.. both times this comment came completely out of nowhere. Btw.. the so-called “friend” that introduced us, and all of their other friends were not attractive AT ALL.. needless to say, that friendship was short lived.

I graduated with honors (from Private HS/Undergrad/Grad School)..
I do my own hair (my go-to styles are was & go’s , and wash & roller set styles), facials, etc. and work out religiously.
I love the term that you coined “Privilege Stacking”! I’ve always done this. I call it “going from glory to glory”, I transmute that BS and I use comment such as these to motivate me to keep on “Privilege Stacking”, and also as a metric that I am on the right path.
