Well I would say that if the mother and daughter never addressed any of the rumers going around then yea they're playing it up for extra money, Because you were thinking if someone was holding them captive or whatever they would know about the rumors and they would make them put out a statement to make everyone feel better
If they were being held captive, do you really think the captor would allow them to wear the color the commenters told them to wear if they were in trouble? I mean the captor would be pretty dumb to allow his hostages to have a phone and free access to the comment section in alone spare time.
I noticed in one of their tiktoks there is a male who is most likely her older brother. What I am assuming is that the other side of the room is her older brother’s (meaning they share a room), also that door with a lock on it leads to outside. That meaning that It could just be a child saftey lock or a lock for extra security.
I feel people using comments to prove a situation is super unhelpful. First of all her mom or an abuser can see this and use these comments to bait more clicks and discredit things. Also people are commenting so many different signals it just makes it more possible for the chance for one one them to be true. I really hope there’s no abuse in this situation, I keep thinking about Venus Angelic and hope this isn’t going on. The fact the two are allowed to go out gives them opportunities to really reach out for help so if anything is going on I hope they do.
There was a missing child case for a girl that is around bebop’s age and they both have light brown hair and blue eyes so maybe that is why bebop wears a lot of makeup. To hide her identity from police, her real parents ect.
When the mother was asking the child to come look during live she was definitely not interested and kept saying “mom” “No”

You would think that they might be punished for showing signs of danger by whoever is controlling their accounts. I'm calling bluff for now.

yeah i agree, even if everything is fine it still reeks of child exploitation. the kid could be all for it but just seeing the costumes with chokers makes me worry about the attention from…a different audience. kids like playing with their parent's stuff, so she prob loves the makeup and outfits bc they are cute, and shes having fun with her mom making silly videos! but they're still using their child for views and attention.
and if you're upset i am thinking about the gross folks online when its a kid being a kid with their mom, need i remind you how those guys think. doesnt matter if its truly innocent, thats what they like.
i guess i am glad theyre getting more attention from worried watchers and so itd be hard for any of the other ones to say gross stuff in lives that go over even the parents head, but id rather them not make any content.
The Junko cosplay bothers me. No child her age should know who they is.
Another thing people point out is the unnessicary cosplays for her age. The character she cosplays is Junko Enoshima from the Danganronpa series… You may think nothing is wrong with this but Junko is one of or if not the most sexualized characters in the whole series… Danganronpa is also rated M for mature audiences and touches on very triggering topics. I don't think a 7 year old should be cosplaying a character from that game even if she doesn't know what it is, becuase other people do

I think someone in their family is exploiting them for social media clout and they’re checking various things that are trendy on tiktok (for example, the Junko Enoshima matching cosplays from Danganrompa) to get views, while also using uncomfortable kink outfits/imagery to create controversy. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of it being Bebop’s father forcing her and her mother into this (or, the possibility that her mother herself is responsible.) I do think that they’re encouraging Bebop to feign signs for help and that the mother intentionally engages with the whole “wear red in your next video if you’re in danger” thing to generate views and keep them in the spotlight.
In any case, I don’t think any of them anticipate the danger this could put all of them in, especially putting a 7 year old girl in kink clothing. The internet is a terrifying place and they open up a lot of possibilities of harm toward Bebop especially. I don’t think she’s being trafficked or anything but I think putting her in the spotlight in a kink choker and cop outfit or on a leash definitely raises the probability of her being targeted by a local predator who may recognize her from somewhere like a local park or grocery store.
