Nepotism is justified in a cinema that places value on commercialism. But other than that nepotism has no place in cinema that focuses on art, because everyone's role is to serve the story and its character. Nepotism became obvious to point out and have discussion when cinema is considered like any other business out there.
Southern industry is more democratic than copywood, and star kids of southern industries are more down to earth and humble than copywood starkids.
