Honestly rather that a strong white that seems kinda blotchy with eyelashes under it i would say use a pencil lighter than ur skin tone

Dry eye drops are the best thing for watery eyes! Also before you put on any makeup, wet a cloth with warm water, as hot as you can stand it and hold the cloth over your eye, 30 seconds for each eye, it works wonders! I went to an optician complaining that my eyes were watering 24/7 and this was their advice, I’ve never had bad watering issues since!

I think you should try using orange colour corrector since your undereyes looks rather grey with just the conceler. It will also show more difference when you smudge your eyeliner

Instead of bleanding the kajal since u have eyes which tend to get irritated easily, use black eyeshadow to moke out or even some dark brown will work ❤

Don't use dark eyeshadow , use concealer than apply nude eye shadow , and than apply dark eyeshadow at the end ,. Than apply eyeliner and kazal , mascara, eye look done.❤, hope it will be useful for you. All the best 👍.

Make up by Monica uses gold liner on her waterline and it apparently suits brown skin better, so maybe you should try that.
I would use a blue liner instead cause it will make ur eyes pop
