  1. Maybe she was on anti-anxiety medication which was taken away. Due to the opioid crisis, a lot of people cannot get their ongoing prescriptions refilled, especially if they lose access to their psychiatrist.

  2. Matthew 22:39 Love your neighbour as yourself. "We should love others like how we love ourselves. Firstly we must love ourselves and before our love overflows to others. You cannot love others while you do not do the things that makes your heart happy. Its a basic principal. You cannot please the whole world and yet you are empty. Love comes from loving who you really are before you love others. So those under depression. Seek the higher power power. Your spiritual health is important because it makes you know who your maker is and who you are. You are his image so you should know you are the apple of his eye. You deserve better. Do whats best for yourself before you start pleasing the world. I am sure you will not face the hardships that comes with you feeling like you are alone in the world. Professional help is out there, your loved ones if they listen are out there and if all else fails your mighty God who gives inner peace and healing can heal your wounds and make you new. Seek His holy spirit and He shall lift u up through prayer and meditation and thanks giving to Him who gave you life. God bless you and God loves you all people facing depression and mental illness. I came out of it and you can too. ♄♄♄

  3. Some people will do anything

The mind is so complex and so are personalities..
    ?
    Oh bullying
?
Honestly I don’t see how AMERICA can not be more innovative on this kind of behavior in their country. Bullying by Americans? I don’t see this being acceptable.
    No race should be bullying
it has to stop somehow and somewhere. As head and foremost in the screens of the world
I don’t understand with so many programs people still get away with being bullies

Here I am looking at videos on suicide from being a victim 24/7 in America and still no one can fess up and say-how I feel is truth, and it’s so horrible to be a victim constantly but no one can acknowledge this behavior bc they don’t want to seem weak or not a winner or liked; We are in the 21st century, it’s just backward people and many perpetrators and hurt people ruling the streets and schools and stores and busses, etc it only creates chaos in teens, and anyone striving to have normality in society without being rich with a bodyguard, a lawyer, and a bullet proof limo impossible!
This is NoT a normal country- but it is! dysfunctional —

  4. She did not kill herself. The media is covering something and it does not make any sense. They need to do investigation I feel it was planned, She was beautiful, attractive, gorgeous and just gorgeous, beautiful woman and I quote ''she was always happy'' someone pushed her off the building out of jealousy because they knew how successsful she would be and she may had offers from Hollywood and this person was clinching their teeth waiting to destroy her

  5. Yes we call it mental health but these are literal demons attacking us at every angle. I’ve experienced suicidal thoughts and it’s like you don’t even consider who would be hurt, you’re convinced that you’d be relieved of some kind of pain or whatever you’re going through. That’s the lie and trick of the devil. The devil is going to be loud with his lies so we need to train ourselves to be even louder with the word of God to refute the lies of the devil! He was so loud in my thoughts until God stepped in and spoke through my own mouth that “God will be glorified” and I didn’t do it. His word says “when the enemy shall come in like a flood, the spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” in Isaiah 59:19. We have to realize that like Ephesians 6:12 says “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” These things going on are spiritual!! Every day everyone is going through some kind of spiritual battle in their mind. That’s why it’s so important to be covered by the blood of Jesus to be able to fight the good fight of faith and not lose the battle. Things such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, Covid has shown us so clearly that things we can’t even see are fighting against us but it’s up to you to choose this day how you will fight that battle. We cannot do it alone!!! Jesus wants to help you to fight that battle today, he wants to heal you, deliver you of whatever it is that you are going through right now. “Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and nobody can come to the Father but by Him.” John 14:6. No accomplishment, no award, no degree, nothing can save you but the blood of Jesus!!! Please repent and turn to God He is truly able to save you, heal you, deliver you and see you through these invisible battles that we go through every day like He did for me!!! My heart and prayers go out to her family, this is so sad!! God bless!!đŸ™đŸŸâ€ïž

  6. This girl was murdered! black women don't jump to their DEAThs…white males do…also my Major was Administration of Justice…I wanted to be an attorney/ or anything in Law enforcement…one thing about…my personality that I see in her…is a will to survive and thrive…a go getter…I have taken hard hits throughout the years…and ran across evil I didn't know exist…but I wasn't going to take my Life….this girl didn't EXIT this life volunteeringly she was forced to leave this LIFE
Any personalities that are aspiring Attorneys…that's what you do…you fight for other people's lives…
If depression hit her that hard ( which is a DEMONIC force) she can't function
And she would have sought help
I don't see her quiting like that
EVERYBODY knows what it takes to get a degree
To perform in a pageant…and host a show with all white folks…and she gone jump to her DEATH…???
And the mom finds out two days before her DEATH…it's some foul play in this mess
It will come out in heaven or a few years from now
But I had to learn to tone down my voice cause I came across as a smart azz to PEOPLE…a know it all…a matter of fact type of person
Attorney type people are like that…that girl did not kill herself…,,💔God forgive me if she did

  7. I hope all the people who were posting vomit emojis and insults on Cheslie Kryst's social media pages are duly aware of their own part in leading Cheslie into the hopelessness and depression which resulted in her leaping off a tall building. Think about it. She may have been doing it just to give all you people what you apparently wanted. Wasn't that nice of her?

  8. i cant wrap my head around this. i wanted to commit suicide, wanted my life to end was in a really dark place a few times in my life but it was because of the situations and harshness of life that got me there, my mind went on a downward spiral with my mind not able to shut off of all the negative thinking. you lose your ability to have hope you feel empty, you feel ugly, you feel like no going on anymore, life doesnt make any sense. i have had a friend that shot himself to death over his wife cheating on him, like with my friend, cheslie death is bothering me, unlike me and my friend, she seemed to have it all and have no clue what was mentally bothering her. my friend never told anyone he was suicidal. neither did cheslie they both hid it from everyone. it just bothers me like i wish i could of spoken to both of them before they did these things.

  9. if you or anyone else is struggling with thoughts of suicide, please contact Jesus Christ, he can be reached by a simple prayer of repentance. Or read the Bible, John 3:16 and Romans 10:13…..

  10. The life she created has become both addictive and unsustainable at the same time. Every time you're not up to it, you get into a massive panic, not wanting to be caught out and seen for what you are – a normal person that has moments of weakness. That's why many celebs take drugs to maintain that hype.

  11. Right now a lot of people stable on benzodiazepines are having their prescriptions pulled because of the loss of their doctors. Despite effectiveness for many and despite being legal, to the extent five refills for 120 days, many doctors reluctant to continue care, and, if do, want to see you every 30 days, even if stable for twenty years. And good luck finding a mental health professional. Probably a two-month wait and many not competent. Need to persevere to receive right treatment and right doctor.

  12. IT'S YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS OF DARK CLOUDS.
PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA OF THE PAIN… BEING HIGH-FUNCTIONING YOU'LL NEVER KNOW. WE'VE MASTERED THIS…. UNTIL….
MY MOST DEEPEST AND SINCEREST CONDOLENCES TO HER FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ALL WHO KNEW HER.🕊

  13. The average person is not equipped to deal with depression or suicide. If I had a friend telling me they were depressed or thinking about taking their life I would not have a clue about what to do. Giving someone I care about a generic 800 number is such a passive and imo uncaring offering. Most ppl don't want to get involved bc something of this magnitude is time consuming and takes you out of your comfort zone. When you take on a person's problems you have to see it all the way through. Own it!

  14. Having "everything" does not completely eliminate suicide risk. There are many factors that determine suicide risk – mental illness is one of them. However, ultimately human beings are complex and there are multitude of factors that influence our mental health. As well, suicide risk assessment is not fool proof even in the best of times. It's important that we realize that our understanding of our Mind/Brain is limited. Psychology/psychiatry is in it's infancy. So we don't always have answers and we can't make sense of what we're seeing. It is a very difficult and scary thing to contend with. For those who are touched by the passing away of a loved one – you're left with disbelief and sadness. Of course you are! Please take care of yourself. Be compassionate towards yourself. Don't let shame, guilt, or blame have space in our psyche. They were doing the best they can and so were you! Wishing everyone many blessings and peace ❀

  15. She lived a very exciting and eventful life! She hid everything better than I could ever dream of doing, if I had been dealing with emotions as heavy as she. Cheslie was a very strong woman. Very determined and sure of her intentions. She was very focused and walked in the power of self determination.

That Cheslie Kryst. Wow. I still respect her. I refuse to look or “feel some kind of way” towards her because of her decision to exit the planet like she did. I celebrate her life and the fact that she is now at peace. She accomplished so much in this lifetime! Rest In Peace, all the wonderful things you did in this life, live on, for us to learn from and enjoy! ❀✚

  16. The age issue becomes her terror since bullies strike her with it ..she develops this fear of becoming old infront of her haters and she couldn't take it anymore…but it's a mental illness though cause honestly 30's ain't old at all..and what about other life aspect like marriage and having kids..it seems like she pressured herself on career life only and may be that wasn't her real choice too.

  17. I attempted suicide 2 times a few years ago and recovered and gotten stronger mentally then physically started working and excelled in the feild Iam in then cam the pandemic and struggled mentally with all the changes the world was and is making cant go on dates cant travel cant take ur child to the movies …it was really tuff. sometimes I feel like giving up now but I just remember the two times I tried and didn't suseed and things gotten better…so I just try to keep my faith but litterley everyday is a struggle with not giving up…..

  18. Wow. From any of this it seems even subtly she may have hinted through questions and issued statements and it seems received answers and extended support, perhaps it could have been greater. Awful the internet trolls. Mean people are the worst. Highest hopes they reflect the lesson from their remarks and change as a result.

  19. Living alone in NYC during winter, & during a Pandemic is very lonely & draining. On top of that she constantly faced anti-blackness in the Modeling & Legal Industries. She seemed to have been living her life to make everyone else happy, & constantly lived under the pressure to be perfect because everyone loved her perfection, & everyone always expected her to keep doing more & more. She seemed to pursue Law to please her Dad, & Modeling to please her Mom. However internet bullies, & racists shamed her for being “short”, “old”, “too muscular”, “too black” & “benefiting from affirmative action”.

She never got to live her life for herself. As a child she started living her life for her parents, she had to live up to the White Beauty standard, she had to be a Champion for Black People, she had to be a lawyer/mba, then she had to be society’s “Hollywood feel good influencer”, & criminal justice hero.

In one Ear she had her “supporters” setting their expectations of her to always be a perfect, perky, superwoman.

In the other Ear her critics made her feel inadequate & unqualified in all of her achievements.

She was trapped between 30 years of Expectations to be Perfect & 30 years of Cruel Criticism.

She lived under a microscope for 30 years, being judged & pressured in every aspect of her existence by a selfish society driven by vanity.

Parents & society need to stop living vicariously through children & celebrities. No one owes their life to anyone else.

I’m sorry she suffered, I’m sorry she didn’t have mental freedom, I’m sorry this world drained her amazing light.

    REST IN PEACE CHESLIE KRYST!
