Review: The top on this swimsuit is cute but poor quality. The bottom ruffle was not cut correctly and was jagged. I had to fix it the best I could with scissors because I needed it that day for my granddaughter. The bottom part seems to be ok and the material seems to be much thicker than the top. Inwas disappointed in this purchase.
