in MUPH Cebu, meron nag present ng Mandaue City. nag compete ba ito or appointed lng ng Mandaue City mismo?
Among these ladies Mandaue and Bacoor are the best communicators. Their answers are substantive, more personal. Mandaue has a good speaking voice. Very calm.
