-Small periodic meals are better than 3 large meals a day
-Foods low in modified sugars or have healthy sugar will keep you filled longer
-Foods high in sugar that is unnatural will make you hungry in less than 2 hours
-Keep hydrated the right way

  1. Honestly; the best things I can tell you is be yourself. You are the best you, and no one else can exemplify your qualities better than yourself. Also try to close off all negativity. Don't let negative thoughts into your mind, the week before the pageant to the weekend of you wanted to keep yourself in a positive mind set!
    If you do these things you will feel more comfortable, and perform your best!
